Gen Z is being prepared for a ton of jobs that won't exist in under 5 years.  AI is already putting too many careers at risk - Goldman Sachs predicts that up to 50% of jobs will be fully automated by 2045 - lawyers, teachers, accountants, and even government employees are all at risk....... what are you going to do then?

Today 40% of employers won't hire another teen or young adult and 60% have fired a Gen Z in the last 30 days.

Most of your peers aren't prepared to succeed in the workforce!

BUT YOU CAN BE!!

Here's the guide to give you the confidence so you can actually approach an interview with confidence and your new job with competence.

"Your First 90 Days" gives you the advantage you need to break through the challenges you're facing in the workplace!

Hi! I'm Todd Reimer the author of "Your First 90 Days" and "Fill the GAP"

I managed a restaurant at age 18, earned a bachelor's degree, worked with teens and their families in several non-profit organizations, and I've run several of my own businesses.

For the last decade and a half I've been a leadership and workplace coach - helping people reach their potential as leaders, supervisors and employees.

I'm also dad to 3 young adults  - so I also care deeply that your generation was not set up to succeed - AND I see your potential.  My purpose in writing this guide is to help you succeed and impact your world - I'll give you the tools but you have to use them.

So grab your copy and let's dig into "Your First 90 Days" together and set you up to succeed at your new job!
